    Church of the Way is located on Great North Road in Benoni. We are based in the midst of an incredible community of people and we are thrilled to be a part of what is happening here! We hope you will visit us soon! Welcome to Church of the Way!

  		• A Lifestyle of Discipleship

    Cells Groups are the primary vehicle for discipleship at Church of the Way. We gather in cells groups with our friends and neighbours to live life together, experience the gospel, wrestle with the truths of the Bible, love one another, serve the city, and participate in the mission of God for Church of the Way.

  • Our service is in the church and our ministry is in the world – take a look at the ministries menu to look at how Church of the Way desires to make a difference in our community, both locally and around the world.

  • HeArt

    The worship at Church of the Way is vibrant and uplifting, part of creating an irresistible environment for our Fathers pleasure. HeArt leads the congregation into His presence with contemporary and original songs. We always aim to set a platform of worship for the Holy Spirit to minister and for the Word to be preached and taught.

    HeArt focuses on the Heart of worship as well as the Art involved in presenting excellence in ministry. Come taste and see that the Lord is Good!

  • Each One Reach One to Teach One - Duncan heads up a great team with Darryl, Vincent, Michelle & Stacey.  The youth Meets at the church each Friday from 7-9pm.   		•  At Church of the Way our children are dearly loved. They are just as much a part of our church family as the adults. We encourage the children to participate in areas of ministry where God has gifted them, for example children are included in our Worship, Dance, Drama and Coffee Blitz teams.

We value community, and the church camp is a priority on our calendar to bring our church body together for an awesome week-end of fun, family and fellowship.

We play games, we laugh together and we ask God to meet us, refresh us and rejuvenate us. The camp weekend falls very close to the Jewish celebrations of Rosh Hashanah (New Year) and Yom Kippur (Day of Atonement), key times in the Biblical calendar for the chosen people to celebrate a fresh start, a new beginning; and to seek God’s forgiveness and cleansing from the past. We use our camp week-end as a time to seek God’s face for what He has in store for us as a church body in the coming year.
